Liverpool need a centre-half and The Daily Mirror has thrown the name of Stoke's Robert Huth into the mix. Handily, Huth can also play at right-back. Apparently, 'Hodgson has been a long-term admirer of the former Chelsea star' and will launch a £5m bid in June. Hmmm, we can't see Stoke selling for the same money they paid to Middlesbrough for his services less than two years ago.
In other Stoke-related news, Galatasaray apparently fancy man mountain Abdoulaye Faye.
